Inline and real attachments when using MessageInfo.MimeStructure

Question

When saving attachments, I want to differ between "inline" and "attachment" content-disposition. It seems that IMAP.MimeStructure does not give me this information. Do you have a hint?

Use Visuals, NonVisuals and Alternatives collections instead of
Attachments. They contain same data, but split on content disposition value.
