Charset in the email subject

Please, how do I get charset used in the email subject?

Mail.dll performs all the necessary encoded words processing internally.

IMail.Subject is always a valid string (UTF8), so why do you need that information?

Please note that a subject may contain several encoded words using different charsets each.
