Message with charset problem

Hi there,
we got a forwarded message which was downloaded by mail.dll.
with GetBodyAsHtml() and see some strange chars.
The original (unforwarded mail) was processed fine.
Any idea, why the mail forwarded by Thunderbird was affected by this charset problem?

Sample Mailtext:

Hallo Frank�

Bin ich bei Dir bez�glich ...
...

Not sure what you mean? Does the message contain attachments?

The email in question has all national characters replaced with '?'. This is not Mail.dll bug. Email client that send this message did that, or the message was broken by on of the servers. There is nothing you or us can do about it.
