Is there a way to create a MAPI client with mail.dll?
I want to create my own MAPI client so when software (such as Word or Excel) choses "Mail to..." it comes to my program rather than Outlook.

Mail.dll doesn't offer MAPI support. It's IMAP, POP3 and SMTP client. I don't know enough about MAPI to help you - sorry.
