License notification on some (Not all) emails sent from vb.net application

I am getting the sentence
"Please purchase Mail.dll license at http://www.limilabs.com/mail" in the subject line of some of the emails sent. I have tried numerous locations for the xml file but still some are fine and some show the message. What is the answer?

If you are using the evaluation version, the component changes the subject of some emails. You need to purchase a license to remove this limitation.
