Add Pop3 account to existing outlook Profile

Question

Is it possible to add an email account to my outlook Programmatically (VB,VB.Net, C# etc). if yes, please share some idea how to do it?

No it is not possible. Neither IMAP nor POP3 protocols have such feature.

Is there any .dll, which help me to create accounts except (Redemption.dll)
