Linking attachments vs embedding

Is there a constructor to set up linked file attachments?

I am attaching files that are in a publicly facing document management system and rather than lifting the data and embedding I would prefer to send the Attachment as a link to the DMS.

I don't think it is possible to create an email that would have its attachments stored somewhere else (am I wrong?).

There is a Content-Location header but it only specifies an alternate location of the data.

Alternatively you could simply insert links into message's HTML body.
