Distribution rights

This may seem like a silly question, but best to check first!

If this is used in a Windows Phone or Windows Tablet application, does the licence allow this kind of distribution for the one price(e.g. each person that downloads the app will have a copy of this DLL on their device).

Is the price reoccurring per year or a one off (assuming no support for subsequent years)?

All our components are licensed on per developer basis.

All license types are royalty-free, so you can redistribute the component to as many machines you want.

Support option refers to component updates and support only. There is no recurring payment.
