Hello,
I would like to know that, Can I download to my computer single mail with Mail.dll? In which file formats?

Yes, you can.

Mail.dll downloads and saves emails in raw eml format. This is the same format email messages are stored on most IMAP and POP3 servers, and the same format emails are sent to SMTP server.

Mail.dll can also read eml and msg (Outlook) file formats.
