Extract MSG attached file as MSG file

Question

Is it possible to extract (and save) an attached email as MSG file?
I tried this but I get an EML file

Mail.dll does not create msg (Outlook) files.

It includes msg file reader, that allows processing msg files and converting them to standard eml (MIME) file format only.

If the attached file is an msg file, than you can simply save it to disk.
There is no need for any conversion in such case.
